Terms and conditions
Version 27 October 2026. These terms apply to all orders with ErgoCutting. In case of differences, the Dutch version prevails.
1. Who we are

2. Scope
These terms apply to every offer from and agreement with ErgoCutting, with consumers and businesses alike. Deviations only apply if agreed in writing.
3. Offer and prices
Our offer is without obligation. Prices are shown on the website and in the checkout. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Obvious errors in prices or descriptions do not bind us.
4. Ordering and payment
The agreement is formed when you complete your order and receive a confirmation. Online payment is handled by our payment partners ThriveCart and Stripe. Companies and organisations may pay by invoice after verification, with 30 days to pay. In case of late payment by a business, we may charge statutory commercial interest and collection costs.
5. Delivery
We ship with PostNL or another carrier. Delivery takes up to 10 working days unless we tell you otherwise. Larger quantities may take longer; we will inform you as soon as possible. Risk passes on delivery. Import duties and local taxes outside the EU are at the buyer's expense.
6. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers may cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Notify us at info@ergocutting.com. Return the product within 14 days of your notice, undamaged and if possible in its original packaging. We refund the purchase price including standard shipping within 14 days. Return shipping is at your expense unless agreed otherwise.
7. Satisfaction guarantee for businesses
Businesses may also tell us within 14 days of receipt that they are not satisfied. We then arrange the return together and refund the purchase price, provided the product is returned undamaged and complete.
8. Warranty
The ErgoCutter has a 1-year warranty with normal, responsible use. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, dropping or modifications. Consumers always keep their statutory rights.
9. Use and liability
Use the ErgoCutter on a stable, level worktop with a suitable GastroNorm 1/1 cutting board, and set it up as instructed. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence. For businesses, indirect and consequential damage is excluded.
10. Complaints
Report a complaint as soon as possible to info@ergocutting.com. We respond within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. EU consumers can also use the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
