Privacy policy
Version 27 October 2026. We only process the data needed to deliver your order and answer your questions.
Who is responsible

What data and why
- Orders: name, company name, address, email, phone and payment details. Needed to perform the agreement and deliver.
- Invoice requests: company details, registration and VAT number and contact person. Needed to verify your company and invoice you.
- Contact: the details you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp. Needed to answer your question.
Who we share data with
- ThriveCart and Stripe for checkout and payment. The order form on the product page is loaded by ThriveCart.
- PostNL or another carrier, for delivery.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site securely and quickly.
- Our accountant or bookkeeping software, for statutory records.
Some of these parties are outside the EU. They apply the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Only on the order page, ThriveCart may set functional cookies needed for ordering.
How long we keep data
We keep order and invoice data for 7 years, as required by Dutch law. Contact messages are kept no longer than needed, at most 2 years.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data and object to processing. Email info@ergocutting.com. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local authority.
