ErgoCutter: adjustable stainless steel cutting board riser
Lift your GastroNorm cutting board to your working height and cut upright instead of hunched over. For everyone in the kitchen taller than 1.80 m: in restaurants, catering, care kitchens and culinary schools.
€399 excl. VAT (€482.79 incl. VAT)

Without and with the ErgoCutter
On the left, the chef works hunched over at an 85 cm worktop, in the well-known Quasimodo posture. On the right, the same chef cuts standing upright, with the board at his own height.
How it works
- Place it on your worktop. The non-slip feet keep it in place.
- Choose your position. 10 positions from 6.5 to 44 cm.
- Put your GN 1/1 cutting board in. Your own board fits exactly.
- Cut standing upright. Afterwards it goes in the dishwasher.

Reviews

It's an investment but it's worth it! I am very satisfied with it. I can no longer imagine working without it. Working long days standing behind my cutting board without back pain has become a reality.

Since I started using the cutting board riser, I really notice a difference. Way less pain in my back! 180% satisfied.

Very happy with the ErgoCutter! We use it in multiple locations. It even inspired us to elevate one of our worktops.

Great invention! Could have saved me a lot of back and neck problems. It's great to help tall students prevent this.

Our tall chef in the kitchen is very happy with the ErgoCutter customising his workspace. Easy to use and clean. Thanks!

The lunch must taste better now that we prepare the sandwiches without back pain!
Very handy! My staff between 1.75 and 1.95 m can each set it to their own height. And it reduces downtime.
Physiotherapy stopped working and I don't want pain medication. This is such a relief for my neck hernia.
A revelation for my students. I recommend it to colleagues in hospitality and at schools.
